So you probably haven’t planned a wedding before?

I want to make you feel super comfortable with what happens when you choose me as your wedding stationery pretti-fier (this is a real thing you know!). Planning your wedding should be fun and enjoyable, not stressy! Remember, you are getting married because of the love, the pretties are just a beautiful sparkly bonus!

1) Consultation – a chat about your wedding and closer look at my stationery collections.

Don’t worry about the scary sounding ‘consultation’ word – it sounds a bit clinical doesn’t it? It’s really just an opportunity to take as long as you need to ask me about anything you need to know in relation to booking your wedding stationery.

My appointments are offered in a friendly relaxed environment, at a lovely local tea room at the shops on Mapperley top, Tipsy T. There is no obligation whatsoever (I’ll even pay for your cuppa).

You will be able to take a closer look at my invitation collections and personalise them with your choice of invite wording, lettering fonts and gift poems – not to mention the gorgeous sparkly embellishments, card colours/textures as well as ribbon swatches and so much more!

By taking our time in a relaxed, informal way you will get a much better idea whether I am the right person for the job as well as seeing all of my timeless, handmade designs up close.

2) Sample creation – bringing your design to life

Once we’ve chatted about your ideas, you may decide you need to see your chosen wedding invite sample up close – there is a small charge of £5 towards this (postage included if necessary), to cover my time and materials needed, but if you’re happy that I can provide exactly what you’re looking for you may decide to go ahead and confirm the booking there and then (how exciting! Eeekk!!!). This can be done in easy simple ways, via paypal or bank transfer, or good old fashioned cash up front.

Just so you know what you’re getting for your money, your first sample will be completely personalised from start to finish, from details we will discuss when we meet. This truly brings your design to life and allows you to see exactly how the finished invite will look, making it all the more real (and it really does!) so when the time comes to send them out you have no doubt in your mind that each and every one will feel and look exactly the same.

3) Secure your booking and complete your guest list

 To secure your wedding in the diary, the quote is accepted by you upon payment of a non-refundable 50% booking deposit.

I will then confirm completion dates for the first stage of your order. At this stage it is completely customisable to suit your personalities and bring your wedding to life.

Once your design has been signed off, the proofs for your wording will then be drafted ready for you to check and make any changes.

At each and every stage I will be in contact to make sure everything runs smoothly and in plenty of time for your special day.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the order can be handed over to you or dispatched (subject to agreement and delivery charges stated below).

Delivery

Due to the delicate nature of my wedding stationery –  soooo much care and attention has gone into these beauties! – I am more than happy for you to collect your stationery from me, and then we both know it is in safe hands.

For a small charge of £10 (within a 15mile radius from NG3) I am delighted to be able to hand deliver your stationery to you myself at a mutually agreeable time.

For daytime stationery (seating plan, place cards etc) these can be delivered to venues within in 15mile radius of NG3 for an additional £10 charge – please note this does not include any set up charges, you would need to confirm those arrangements yourself with the venue.
